Invest in your community
Becoming a shareholder of YCDCo is a great way to contribute to the Yackandandah community. YCDCo’s community-owned structure relies on shareholders to ensure we can continue to give the town access to fuel, hardware and farm supplies. You are also supporting local employment, community groups and local businesses.

Shareholder fuel discount
Receive a discount of 2 cents per litre on fuel, every time you fill up at YCDCo.
Dividend payments
YCDCo has regularly declared dividend payments for our shareholders.
Shareholder-only promotions
Receive exclusive discounts on products across our building, hardware, farm and garden products, in store at YCDCo.

Receive your dividends
Dividend payments are distributed by direct debit to your nominated bank account. To ensure you receive your dividend payment automatically, please update your bank details. Get in touch with Ali Pockley (Company Secretary) at secretary@ycdco.com.au or on 0448 803 411.

Selling & Transferring Shares
Selling Shares
To sell some or all of your shares:
Submit a completed Transfer Notice to secretary@ycdco.com.au
Sales / transfers are approved on a first in first out basis
Sales / transfers are approved by resolution by the board at our monthly general meetings.
Please ensure your bank details are recorded with us for prompt payment
Should there be more shares available for sale than there are purchasers, then the remaining Transfer Notices will be held, in order, until the next Board meeting.
Transferring Shares
To transfer some or all of your shares to another person, such as a family member:
Submit completed Transfer and Offer Notices together with your Share Certificate to secretary@ycdco.com.au as a single package (ie stapled or attached together).
At the next board meeting, and subject to Board approval, the shares will be transferred as requested.
A new Share Certificate will be issued for the transferred shares, as well as one for any shares retained.
