About the board
YCDCo’s operations and businesses are overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors. Directors are individually responsible for oversight of one operational area in finance, site liaison, policy development, community communications, governance, special projects or community grants. There is collective responsibility to manage the company in the interests of shareholders and the community, in accordance with the Corporations Act.
YCDCo’s businesses are managed by paid employees who report to the Board of Directors.
